Our main focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, or we are not able to process your application then we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. The refund will be initiated to the same account from which you had made the payment for the above given reason. The refund will be issued within the 5 to 7 working business days. Please read the fine prints of each deal before taking the services. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. No refunds shall be issued if OTP’s are not provided by the client. (As the OTP verification is a must for submitting the IEC application.

No refunds shall be issued if documents provided by you are not sufficient. We may ask for some documents while submitting your application also in case of non-cooperation from your side.

No refunds shall be issued if you have made the payment and don’t want to proceed with the application.

Only those amounts would be refunded where we are unable to process your application.

If any government fee, duty, challan or any other sum paid in the course of the processing registration application by us. We will refund the payment received after reducing the government fee paid by us.
